Responsibilities and Duties

West Chester Seafood Kitchen is seeking an experienced and charismatic Maitre D’ to lead our front-of-house team! As part of the all-new dining experience at West Chester Seafood Kitchen, you’ll be the face of hospitality, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience.

• Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
• Manage reservations and waitlists to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction
• Supervise front-of-house staff, ensuring seamless service and collaboration
• Communicate with the kitchen and bar to maintain service flow
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism
• Maintain a polished, organized, and inviting dining environment
• Uphold service standards and train staff in hospitality best practices

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maitre D’, Host/Hostess, or in a similar leadership role in hospitality
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor with a guest-first attitude
• Experience with reservation systems is a plus
