Position Description

The Rehabilitation Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department in accordance with current regulations and policies to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. We’re excited for you to come and join our accomplished staff of medical professionals!

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide billable patient care in addition to management responsibilities.
  • Ensure State, Federal & Medicare Policies and Procedures and Patient Care Rehabilitation Standards are met in assigned facilities.
  • Support the facility’s culture & operations with training/marketing efforts to help the company meet customer satisfaction, census & financial objectives.
  • Responsible for the review & analysis of productivity of rehabilitation staff with assurance of attainment of minimum productivity expectations.
  • Serve as a clinical resource and conduct routine Medicare/Rehabilitation compliance audits.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice in a rehabilitation discipline (OT, PT, SLP, OTA, PTA) in this state.
  • Must have current and up to date CPR certification.
  • Some supervisory experience is preferred.
